Most mould in Dubai homes comes down to one thing: moisture that has nowhere to go — a slow leak, condensation, or a cooling system working against the climate. It's common, and it's fixable. Some exposure can irritate the airways, especially for anyone with allergies or asthma, so it's worth handling properly rather than ignoring — but the right response is a measured one, not a panicked one. If anyone in the home has health symptoms they're worried about, that's a conversation for a doctor; what we handle is the building.

Why most mould comes back

Inspect & find the source

We assess the building envelope, plumbing, HVAC and surfaces, using moisture meters and infrared cameras to locate hidden damp behind walls and under floors — the thing actually feeding the mould.

Contain the area

The affected space is sealed with barriers and held under HEPA-filtered negative pressure, with air scrubbers running, so spores aren't dispersed through the rest of the property during the work.

Remove & treat

Mould is removed from affected materials and surfaces are disinfected with Dubai Municipality-approved agents. Where materials are too far gone, they're removed rather than salvaged.

Dry, restore & correct the cause

Industrial drying removes residual moisture, affected structures are restored, and the underlying source — the leak, the condensation, the ventilation gap — is corrected so it doesn't recur.

Confirm with clearance testing

Air and surface samples are analysed in our in-house laboratory to verify the space is genuinely clear. You get a documented result, not just a reassurance.
