The method

We take the system apart.

Dirt does not live on the vent. It lives deep in the coil, the blower and the drainage pan, where wiping can never reach. So we dismantle the unit and treat every component.

Your unit — whether HVAC, FCU, AHU or FAHU — is taken apart so every internal surface is reachable. Nothing is cleaned blind.

Deep clean, every component

Coils, blowers, ducts, vents and drainage systems are individually cleaned of the dust, biofilm and microbial load that wiping leaves behind.

Chemical-free disinfection

Every component is disinfected with a hospital-grade, 100% chemical-free biosanitizer — safe around children, the elderly, and pets.

Reassembly & documentation

The system is restored, the work area cleaned, and the completed work documented. Across our services, laboratory sampling confirms our protocols and standards are being held.
